"A Journey of Faith"
The Night at the Library event for September
will not be just a video showing,
but a real speaker will come to spend the evening with us.
Bozena Cloutier wants to share the amazing story of her Mother's journey of faith
during World War II.
Bozena Cloutier is a Roman Catholic laywoman who was born in Poland,
raised and educated mostly in England and has spent the greater part of her life
in the United States.
She is a retired hospital chaplain and is active in her own parish of
St. Gabriel the Archangel in McKinney.
Her talk will deal with the perilous journey the family took
from the Middle East to the United Kingdom in 1942
during the Battle of the Atlantic
and her Mother's unfailing faith in face of danger and uncertainty.
The program will begin at 6:30 p.m.
in the Library Lounge
On Sunday, September 19th.
Free admission.
Refreshments will be provided.
